Patient Day Care
Life Works Day Care Programme is highly valued by those who attend – whether it is a client who has recently completed primary treatment and requires a step-down support, or someone who attends just for day care. Our day care clients attend between one and five days per week and join the main primary treatment group for all therapeutic activities.

Aftercare Programme
Aftercare is a core aspect of treatment and that’s why at Life Works our aftercare programme has been carefully designed to provide each individual with the support they need when they leave treatment. We will conduct an assessment of individual aftercare needs, develop a personalised Continuing Care plan, make relevant referrals for both counselling and twelve-step fellowships, and provide access to weekly aftercare groups.
