Physicians
The physicians at Life Works conduct the initial medical health assessments and work alongside the nursing team to ensure that all clients receive excellent medical care.
Dr. Emma Watts MBBS Lond, MRCGP (Merit), DFSRH, Dip Nut Med
Dr Watts qualified from St George's Hospital London in 1998 and worked in general medicine and psychiatry prior to becoming a GP. She worked in the field of addictions within the NHS prior to joining Life Works. She has an interest in western medical acupuncture and is a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society. She also has a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology faculty of sexual and reproductive health care, a diploma in Nutritional Medicine and post graduate certificates in Family Therapy and Criminology (with distinction). She works as a General Practitioner at Shere Surgery and Dispensary in the village of Shere, Surrey alongside her commitment as lead GP at Life Works.
Dr. Claire Douglas
Dr. Charlotte Knight
Dr. Charlotte Knight qualified from Guy's Hospital London in 1984. In addition she has a degree in Psychology from the University College of London. After qualifying as a GP she has worked as a partner at Shere Surgery and Dispensary since 1991. She has an interest in general practice education and is responsible for training doctors both in the hospital and general practice setting. She also has a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynacaecology Faculty of sexual and reproductive health care and a postgraduate certificate in medical ultrasound.
