Admissions
When you first arrive in treatment you will be welcomed by our Care Coordinator who will then take you through your admission and settle you in to treatment.
The admission process is broken down in to three parts. Firstly, Client registration, this is followed by your Medical registration and is concluded with a tour of our residential facility. Client registration takes approximately 25 minutes. This is a good opportunity for clients to ask any questions or to talk through any outstanding fears or worries that they might have. Our kind and compassionate staff will do their best to help clients to feel as at ease as possible.
Medical registration takes approximately 20 minutes during which our experienced and caring nursing staff complete a medical assessment to ensure that all of our clients medical needs are addressed and that are clients are feeling safe and comfortable.
The tour is a wonderful introduction to what will be your home for the next few weeks and helps clients to feel settled in as quickly as possible.
