Aftercare | Addiction Treatment Aftercare Groups
The next step upon completion of treatment.
Life Works aftercare is designed to give our clients the support they need at the time of discharge. The programme is designed to promote continuous recovery, from any of our treatment services.
We offer the following as part of our treatment package:
- An evaluation of need prior to the completion of treatment
- Relapse prevention plan
- Aftercare groups at either or Surrey and Central London sites.
- Referrals to 12 step fellowships
- Referrals for counseling and other adjunctive services
- Alumni events
- Access to a variety of LWC sponsored recovery workshops
