Individual Counselling

There are several different situations in which individual counselling may be helpful:
  • to assist in coping with life crises or specific mental health problems;
  • to gain insight & self-understanding into one's behaviour patterns.
  • before committing to residential or IEP treatment programme;
  • after completion of a treatment programme, as part of the Aftercare plan;
  • at any point in ongoing recovery from an addiction;
