The Life Works Drugs Programme

Life Works Can Help You With Your Drug Treatment So That it is a Great Success

Drug Treatment

Going through a drug treatment programme can be a difficult experience for a person, particularly if the drug addiction treatment is provided at a centre that is not well equipped or experienced in dealing successfully with drug rehabilitation. This is why attending the drug treatment programme at Life Work's is so important. Life Work's drug treatment centre is a superior programme, that offers patients a rehabilitation environment that will make them much more successful in their drug rehab treatment.

Life Work's has both inpatient and outpatient drug treatment programmes available for it's clients. These two clinics help to better ensure that an individual is successful in their drug treatment by giving them the option for the type of treatment for drug abuse that is best for their individual needs.

The out patient drug treatment programme available for Life Work's patients, is located in central London and includes a large selection of services such as assessments, workshops, one to one counselling, and the Intensive Evening Programme, to better help those individuals that feel an out patient drug rehabilitation treatment is the best and most convenient option for them.

There is also the inpatient, residential drug rehab centre of Life Works, which is located 40 minutes outside of London in Old Woking, Surrey. The Life Works inpatient, residential facility offers patients a peaceful and serene environment to stay whilst they are going through their residential drug rehab treatment programme.

Drug Treatments

By contacting Life Works for a free initial assessment, you can speak with a counsellor that will help you best determine which type of the drug treatments will work best for you. While some people would prefer an outpatient programme, many times this is not the ideal form of treatment for them. Our counsellors will help you to understand why a particular programme will work best for you while the other may not.

Once you have determined which of the drug treatments will best be suited for your drug addiction, if necessary you will begin the detox part of your drug treatment. Drug detoxification is often a very important part of the treatment for drug abuse, and Life Works will provide you with a drug detox programme that is safe, gentle and effective. You will be assessed and evaluated by a medical doctor to determine which the most effective treatment will be for your detoxification. You will also have 24 hour nursing assistance available to you throughout this process and will be treated with helpful acupuncture and massage at no additional cost to you.

The staff and counsellors at Life Works understand that different drug addictions require different forms of drug treatment, both physically and emotionally, for them to be successful. The staff also understands that each person will handle drug addictions differently and that their drug treatment is the same. Because of this, Life Works will work with you to ensure that your individual needs are met so that your drug treatment programme is the most successful for you.

During drug treatments, we will help patients to physically overcome their drug addiction through various means such as providing proper nutrition for their generally malnourished bodies, as well as teaching patients the importance of self care by providing their bodies with healthy nutrition after their drug treatment has been completed. Life Works encourages exercise whilst going through your drug treatment, so we offer a gym for patients who feel up to exercise, as well as gardens for patients to have a nice, healthy walk after a meal. We also offer physical treatments to help with drug treatment such as massage, Shiatsu and acupuncture, which have proven to be highly successful in helping to overcome drug addiction.

Life Works also understands that part of a successful treatment for drug abuse means dealing with emotional rehabilitation as well. Emotionally, we help you to get to the core of your drug addiction issues. As part of your drug treatment, we will help you to uncover why you developed a drug addiction in the first place and what the core of your problem is. Life Work's counsellors will then help you to face these problems one by one and help you to find the best way to cope with them. We offer both group and one to one counseling to help deal with the emotional aspects of drug addiction and will also include family group counseling to help your family to understand what you are going through as well as how they can help you to support you once you have completed your drug rehabilitation programme.

Treatment for Drug Addiction

Proper treatment for drug addiction requires a dedicated staff that is experienced in dealing with all aspects of the drug rehabilitation process. At Life Works, our medical staff and counsellors work hard at ensuring they remain educated on all aspects of drug addiction treatment, so that they can properly provide the help and support that the patients needs and require.

Life Works also understands that treatment for drug addiction can be a very long battle for a person to wage. Though Life Works has a very high success rate at permanently helping a person to recover from a substance abuse problem, we understand that after treatment has been completed it can be very difficult sometimes for a person to remain drug free. Because of this, we have our Aftercare programme in place to help individuals whom have completed their treatment for drug addiction but may need further support and assistance. And of course, our outpatient facility in London offers one to one counselling to the individual at any point in ongoing recovery from addiction.

If you or a loved on is in need of treatment for drug addiction, do not delay. Contact Life Works today and let us help you get started on receiving the best drug addiction treatment that will be most effective for you.
