Aftercare is a core aspect of treatment. We are committed to ensuring that our clients receive the support they need when they leave treatment. That's why we offer the following services to meet your individual aftercare requirements:

• Individual assessment of aftercare needs
• Development of a personalised Continuing Care Plan,
• Referrals for counselling - to continue the therapeutic work completed during treatment
• Referrals to twelve-step fellowships
• Access to weekly aftercare groups - every Monday evening, 6:30-8:00pm, based in central London
