Meditation

Group meditation sessions can help clients to centre within themselves, to slow down their breathing and to become aware of their own bodies and feelings in the present moment. Experiencing these processes in a safe group space can also provide an opportunity for feelings to emerge and to be talked about and shared with the group. Clients begin to discover where in their bodies they hold their feelings and learn valuable techniques for relaxation. These sessions help to reduce anxiety and facilitate improved awareness between mind, body and spirit.
