Psycho-Educational Workshops

These 'core lab' sessions build knowledge and understanding around addiction and behavioural health issues and are delivered in a more educational style, around a particular theme related to addiction. Some aspects of experiential learning are incorporated, along with group discussions. These sessions are popular with our clients and offer valuable insights into the function of addictive and compulsive behaviours and their influence on the individual's own relationships.
