Recognising the symptoms of sex addiction
- You have had numerous sexual partners or one-night stands
- You spend considerable time, energy and money engaging in multiple extra-marital affairs, visiting strip clubs or receiving sexual massages
- Your need to masturbate has become increasingly compulsive
- You often have masturbation and pornography sessions late at night and then feel exhausted at work the next morning
- You rely on sex to help you cope with stress, anxiety or boredom in your life
