Sexual Addiction and The Couple Relationship

This lecture will look at the impact of sexual addiction on the couple relationship, the impact on the partner, the avoidance of dysfunctional responses, and the creation or restoration of the couples relationship.
Biography
Thaddeus is accredited for practice by the British Association for Sexual and Relationship Therapy and registered for practice by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.
His areas of specialised research are:
• The Psychotherapeutic Treatment of Addictive Compulsive Patterns of Sexual Behaviour
• The Nature and Function of Addiction
• The Impact of Addiction on Marriage and Relationships
• The Relationship between Sexual and Religious Behaviour in Faith Communities
• Qualitative Methodology and Trauma in Researching Sensitive and Distressing Subjects
Thaddeus has a BA in Sociology/ Anthropology from the University of New Orleans and Doctorate in Psychotherapy from the Metania Institue and Middlesex University.
