Most addicts have experienced trauma and have innate capacities to recover from its incapacitating symptoms. Unless we understand that these symptoms are physical as well as psychological, and heal at that level, a person is likely to continue reenacting traumas in their adult love relationshops and develop unhealthy dependencies on people, romance and sex. This workshop will identify sex, love, romance addicton, four types of trauma, eight responses to trauma, and demonstrate how these three are related.
