Life Works Joins The Priory

An open letter from Chris Cordell, Life Works Hospital Director,

As a valued supporter of Life Works you know yourself that Life Works has been a leading provider of addiction and behavioural health care in the UK for the past 10 years. During this time we have gone from strength to strength, building on our dedication to recovery, our excellent clinical model, our impressive outcomes and the high value we put on our relationship with the recovery community, alumni and our referrers.

It will, therefore, come as little surprise to know that over the yearsa number of organisations have been keen to add Life Works to their portfolio of services.

With this in mind, it is my absolute pleasure to inform you that we have accepted the offer to become part of the Priory Group. We see this as an exciting opportunity for Life Works as it will enable us to grow as a service and make a real and long lasting difference to even more clients and their families.

As you are aware we provide a very specific model here at Life Works, underpinned by a tried and tested clinical philosophy. I can assure you that this WILL NOT CHANGE! There is no intention now or in the immediate future to alter what we do or how we do it, so for all intents and purposes it is business as usual.

I firmly believe our partnership with the Priory Group will help us to build on our great achievements to date. I sincerely hope that you continue to support us on this journey as we would have not got to where we are today without your support.

While our services and team will remain the same, our CEO, Don Serratt, will be moving on to new ventures.

I hope that we can continue to rely on your ongoing support as we enter the next phase of Life Works’ journey
