Test Your Anxiety Levels

AnxietyThis week is Mental Health Awareness Week. It is a week dedicated to helping people with mental health issues and educating the public about the challenges people with mental health issues face. With this in mind, the team at Life Works has put together a number of mental health tests.

These tests are real mental health assessments that are used to judge everything from depression to eating disorders. Anyone can take the tests and they are a great way to get some idea of your own mental health.

Today we have the GAD 7 which is a test used to measure anxiety. To take the test, simply answer each question bellow and then use the scoring chart at the bottom to find out how anxious you are.
