Singer and former X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos may have some serious explaining to do after she was caught on hidden camera offering to set up a drug deal.
This has led to an investigation by the Major Crimes Unit of the evidence against Tulisa and her alleged supplier, rapper Mike GLC. The Sun is reporting that the investigation could lead to the arrest of both Tulisa and Mike within days.
In the footage, Tulisa is alleged to have said, “Half my phone book sells it. Of course I can get it for you. Half the guys I know are drug dealers. One's a massive cocaine dealer. He's my best friend. He's a gangster - he's my gangster.”
"We talk in lingo. I'll say, 'Hi, have you got any sweets?' and he'll be like, 'How many sweets do you want?'"
According to The Sun, their reporter was also shown text messages confirming previous drug purchases, and the contact information of Tulisas alleged dealer.
This is not the first time Tulisa has been involved with drugs. In her autobiography “honest”, she admitted to doing drugs as a teen saying, “I smoked weed when I was a kid and got into fights. I stopped and I’ve never touched anything else since and never will.”
While Tulisa defends her reputation against these allegations, many are questioning her ability to act as a positive role model. Her role as a sponsor for Bank fashion is already under review and with the star keeping very quiet as the story unfolds, Other sponsors and supporters may follow suit.
