I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have worked for many of the world's leading private addiction, eating disorder and mental health treatment centres.
I have several years’ experience in private practice, specialising in the psychology of addictive behaviours and holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Addiction Psychology and Counselling from London South Bank University.
I also hold master practitioner status in eating disorders, nutrition and obesity. I draw on a wide range of therapeutic models and look at how addiction forms psychologically, genetically and biologically.
I have also worked with a major UK charity specialising in working with children of dysfunctional families who may experience bullying, bereavement, domestic violence, family breakdown, neglect and trauma.
Not only do I specialise in addiction, mental health and eating disorders, but I have also held a number of senior roles with some of the world’s leading blue chip organisations and therefore fully understand the complexity and difficulty of how addiction, stress, depression and eating disorders impact the workplace.
