Therapy types at Life Works

Our expert team of addiction, eating disorder and mental health specialists possess a wealth of experience in using a wide array of tried and tested therapeutic techniques. The type and combination of therapeutic methods that are used depend on your unique needs, and the nature of the problems that you’re facing. These include:

We also provide access to various support groups, as well as offering free aftercare for 12 months following treatment, and a high quality family programme.
